GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 3748 in totally original ex-loco condition from Collett designed 0-6-0 Pannier Tank built Swindon 1937. A Bristol based engine for the majority of its life Bristol St Phillips Marsh (82B) 5/51 to 5/56 and 9/60 to 8/61; Bristol Bath Road (82A) 5/56 to 9/60. Other allocations were Cardiff Canton, Cardiff East Dock, Barry, Swindon and Chippenham. Withdrawn 5/64 and scrapped at Swindon.
